Traditional Kabsa Rice:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
  • Kabsa spices (2 tbsp)
  • Chopped vegetables (carrots, peas, bell peppers)
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Directions:

  • Sauté chicken and onions, add Kabsa spices.
  • Add rice, vegetables, and chicken broth.
  • Cook until rice is tender.

Kabsa Spiced Lamb Skewers:

Ingredients:

  • 500g lamb cubes
  • Kabsa spices (3 tbsp)
  • Yogurt (1/2 cup)
